Breesen Webinar About Food Loss of Vegetable and Fruit Product Are Still High

A proper management and regulatory system is needed to overcome this considering the geographical conditions that require good connectivity, availability of infrastructure, continuous availability of energy and continuously developing technology.

Short-term programs to alleviate national food depletion which is still quite high, at least only 20% from the current average of around 35-40%, continue to be created and adjusted. Logistics costs to GDP are still around 20%. Breakthroughs are needed, in particular, in sustainable energy procurement, and appropriate cooling equipment technology.
